Nicole Cox, FNP-C.

Meet Nicole. She is the owner of The Aesthetic Company. With over 7 years of experience, she is a skilled Nurse Practitioner trained in botox, lasers, fillers, and more. Nicole’s nursing career began in emergency medicine but shifted to aesthetic medicine in 2018. Nicole decided to pursue a career in aesthetics while also returning back to school in 2022 to further her education so she could combine her passion for skincare, science, and bringing joy to people’s faces. Nicole earned her Master of Science in nursing from King University in 2024, graduating at the top of her class. She is highly knowledgeable and always strives to learn more about advanced aesthetics and emerging new modalities and treatments. She has extensive training in dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, microneedling, PRP injections, Sculptra, and multiple laser applications. Nicole offers a wide variety of treatments geared toward a diverse client base. She prides herself on being a conservative provider to clients with natural-appearing outcomes. Her approach with clients is simple yet effective. She takes the time to listen to every concern, creates a tailored plan, and spends time to educate. Her goal is to make every person who sits in her chair leave feeling glowing, natural and refreshed.

Clyde Mathison, MD

The Aesthetic Company is incredibly fortunate to have oversight by Dr. Clyde Mathison, East Tennessee's only Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Facial Plastic Surgeon. In case of the rare, but nevertheless possible side effects that can occur with aesthetic procedures, we have the very best care waiting for you at our fingertips.

Dr. Mathison is a skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon who graduated magna cum laude from UT, and did his medical training at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at the esteemed Emory University. After finishing residency, he was one of 37 surgeons in the country accepted into a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship. He completed advanced plastic surgery training, focusing solely on the face, under the world-renowned teachings of Dis. J. Regan Thomas and dean Toriumi at the University of Chicago.

Keela Whitt, LMA

Keela is a Licensed Aesthetician with 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She provides advanced techniques in several aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, dermal infusion treatments, photorejuvention (IPL), laser treatments, and more! Keela enjoys the challenge of treating various skin conditions and age-related concerns. Her favorite thing about her job is developing a custom treatment plan to help each client reach their skincare goal and helping maintain healthy, youthful skin!

Marlee Millsaps

Hi I’m Marlee, I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Tennessee on a farm. I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a love for connecting with people. When I’m not in the office or at home, you can usually find me at the gym after work.

I’ve been in the aesthetics industry for three years and have developed a true passion for assisting patients while building genuine and trusting relationships with them. Seeing patients feel confident and happy in their own skin is what I love most about what I do.

My favorite treatment we offer is filler because I love how it enhances each person’s natural beauty while still keeping them looking like themselves, just refreshed and more confident.

I’m so grateful and honored to be part of The Aesthetic Company, and I can’t wait to meet and care for all of your beautiful faces.

Rachel Shelton

Licensed Aesthetician and Lash Artist

Rachel is a licensed aesthetician of 7 years with experience in the Med-spa & lash spa setting providing a range of services in skincare and lashes. She now specializes in lash extensions and enjoys personalizing them to each and every client. She is certified in Xtreme Lashes and has products available for extra sensitive eyes as well.

She loves her relationships with her clients as well as making them feel beautiful and confident after every appointment. Rachel makes sure to educate her clients on proper lash care to maintain healthy lashes while getting the most longevity out of their extensions.
